The workplace environment has undergone rapid transformation, and Xplain Headquarters aims to revolutionize the way marketers integrate brands into people's lives. Designed by Helen Brasinika, this 500 square meter space is a testament to innovation and creativity.
The design concept was inspired by workplaces that defy the conventional corporate model and instead motivate employees to think outside the box. The goal was to create a space that fosters collaboration, creativity, and productivity, while reflecting the brand's vision of shaping the future of marketing.
The design team overcame the limitations of the existing building structure by incorporating cutting-edge technologies and materials. Antigraffiti film technology, 3D printers, CNC machines, and ultra-durable powder coating were used to create a visually stunning and functional space.
The design features custom wallpaper themes, environmental graphics, semi-transparent glass dividers, and sound-absorbing materials. LED lighting and human-centric lighting design enhance the overall ambiance of the space. Colorful films cover the glass dividers, creating an interesting interplay of semi-transparency and the illusion of cityscapes.
Every detail of Xplain Headquarters was carefully considered, from the custom-designed 3D printed bathroom and desk accessories to the Manhattan aerial view 3D printed on the ground level. The design also incorporates elements that represent different time zones, emphasizing the brand's global reach.
The space spans four levels of an existing building structure and was adapted to accommodate the functionalities of an office environment. The design successfully balances inspiration, motivation, and stimulation, allowing data analysts and marketers to tap into their creative potential without sacrificing productivity.
Xplain Headquarters is a testament to the power of innovative design in creating a dynamic and engaging workplace. It embodies the brand's vision and values, providing a space that fosters collaboration, creativity, and a sense of community.
With its unique design and thoughtful integration of technology, Xplain Headquarters has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award acknowledges the practicality, innovation, and professional excellence demonstrated by the design.
